Overview:
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer with experience in CRMA to join our dynamic team for an important company based in the US. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in APEX, LWC, strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics), and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Analytics Developer should be comfortable liaising with clients and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and develop on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Good communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Proficient using APEX, Lightning Web Components, Flows and batch jobs.
• Good understanding on reports/dashboards, profiles, permission-sets, validation rules and sharing rules.
• Experience with Einstein Analytics and Tableau.
• Comfortable analyzing logs.
• Performing root cause analysis for production errors.
